ZestNexus has a NO REFUND policy. Service/membership fees are non-refundable and all sales are final. If a customer cancels a plan or service, billing will stop at the time of cancellation. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the ZestNexus No Refund Policy.

• Screenshots are processed and stored securely on Cloudflare R2, accessible only via our API and web application.
• Data is retained as long as necessary for monitoring and operational requirements. Employers can delete screenshots from their dashboard.

Data Sharing

• We do not share screen recording data with third parties.
• Screenshots are accessible only to employers and authorized ZestNexus personnel for support purposes.
